HOW DO I ORDER ON BAUMASHOP24?

  • You select the items you would like to order, determine the quantity and click on "Add to shopping cart".
  • As soon as you have added all items to your shopping cart, you can view it again by clicking on the shopping cart symbol in the top right-hand corner. This will take you to an overview page with all the items you have selected. Here you also have the option of calculating your shipping costs if you want to order from abroad.
  • When you have everything you need in your shopping cart, you can proceed with your order by clicking on "Check". This takes you to the Contact Information and Shipping Address step.
  • You can now enter your delivery address here. If you are already logged into your customer account, this information is entered automatically. You can enter a discount code on the right.
  • Click on "Proceed to Shipping". In the next step you can now select your shipping method. You can find out which shipping options we offer further down this page.
  • Click on "Continue to payment". Here you can now select your desired payment method. You can find out which payment options are available further down on this help page. In this step you can also enter a different billing address if necessary.
  • Click Review Order. This will take you to a final overview page where you can check all the items in your order, as well as all the information about the billing and delivery address, shipping and payment methods. If you still discover an error here, you can adjust this information again.
  • If everything fits, you can complete your order by clicking on "Buy".

CAN I ORDER AS A GUEST OR DO I NEED A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

You can also place a guest order on Baumashop24.com. However, we recommend creating a customer account so that future orders can be processed more quickly. In addition, we can store individual discounts for you in your customer account if necessary.

WHAT MACHINE INFORMATION DO I NEED TO ORDER A SPARE PARTS?

If you order a spare part from us by phone or via the contact form, we need information about your machine in order to find the right part for you. This includes the make, model, and serial number of your machine. You can find the serial number on the type plate, which is usually attached to the cabin. This is important because even with the same models there are small differences between the serial numbers and correspondingly different spare parts are required. If you want to order washers or bolts and bushings, for example, we still need the exact position where the part is installed.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

When ordering via our online shop, we offer the payment methods prepayment, invoice (after credit check), PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna, credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

WHAT TYPES OF SHIPPING ARE THERE?

  • Standard shipping (€8.50): if the products are available, you will usually receive your order in 2-3 working days. From an order value of €150, shipping is free.
  • Express shipping (€17.50): if the products are immediately available and we receive your order by 2:30 p.m., you will probably receive your order by 12 p.m. on the next working day.
  • Night shipping (€27.50): if the products are immediately available and we receive your order by 2:30 p.m., you will receive your order by 8 a.m. on the next working day.
  • Pick- up: you can also pick up your order at selected branches by telephone agreement and subject to availability of the products.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ORIGINAL, OEM AND COUNTERFEIT? AND HOW DO I RECOGNIZE THIS?

With our products in the online shop you can often choose between different qualities. We offer you original, OEM and replicas.

  • Original: We supply you with the original parts from the manufacturer. You can recognize these products by the fact that we refer to them as "Original" in the product title and description.
  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): These products are also produced directly by the manufacturer, but are not marked with the manufacturer's brand. These products tend to be less expensive than the original parts that are branded. The information as to whether it is an OEM spare part can be found in the product description.
  • Replica: We can also offer you many parts as high-quality replicas. Our alternatives are of high quality and have also proven themselves over a long period of time in our own rental park. You can also recognize these products by the product description and the fact that the article number ends with an “N”.

HOW CAN I CLAIM AN ORDER?

If you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods. It is also helpful if you take photos of the damage directly to document the case. We then examine the case and take care of the reverse processing of the order.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge.

CAN I ORDER FROM ABROAD?

Yes, you can also order from abroad. For orders from other EU countries, you as a company can simply enter your VAT ID in the ordering process and select your country. For private individuals, the sales tax ID is of course omitted. For orders from countries outside the EU you can use our contact form or contact us by email.
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All information can be found at MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your front door for a small fee.
