For some areas of application and tasks, however, it is necessary to bring the attachment to many different positions. The complete excavator often has to be implemented cumbersome. What is the purpose of tiltrotators?
Tiltrotators ensure that you can turn your cultivation tool endlessly by 360 degrees on the excavator and at the same time swing up to 55 degrees to the left and right. Therefore, in all operations, they make sense in which you have to flexibly bring the attachment into different positions and angles without being able to move or want to move the excavator. They are perfect if, for example, you want to dig around obstacles, fill up or model material exactly without damaging the surface by frequently maneuvering.
What are the growing options?

With the sandwich construction, there is a quick changer to the excavator arm to which the tiltrotator is attached. A quick changer is attached under the tiltrotator, on which the cultivation tool is then located. Sounds complicated at first, but offers the great advantage that the tiltrotator can also be completely stored. In this way, it can be spared at hard inserts and even used on other machines.

The tiltrotator can also be permanently installed on the excavator. Below this is attached to the quick changer, then the attachment. This makes sense if the swivel and rotary function is to be used at (almost) every use, e.g. if you often work on confined construction sites.

What advantages do I have?
Your shops become more productive and profitable: You can finish construction sites faster because you have to move the excavator much less by using a tiltrotator - and that saves time. In addition, there is less wear and you use less fuel. The maintenance costs of your excavator are falling. At the same time, you need fewer staff or you can use your employees for other orders, since less manual rework are necessary.
You increase the security on the construction site: As already mentioned, less manual work occurs, fewer staff around the machine are on the road. At the same time, the machine is moved less, so the risk of accidents drops.
You will increase the flexibility for your orders: You have a lot more possible uses with your machines and no longer have to cancel orders because your machines are not suitable for this.
You reduce environmental damage: Since you have to implement the excavator much less, you also damage the surface much less. This is particularly important in gardening and landscaping.
